PaintPlay is free to use without accounts or external storage. Images are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to a server or persisted outside your device without your explicit download action.

PaintPlay provides no warranties about availability, accuracy, compatibility, or fitness for any specific use. Performance can vary by browser or device, and we do not guarantee identical behavior everywhere.

PaintPlay is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from your use of the editor, any downloaded artwork, or third-party services such as Google AdSense.

Intellectual Property

PaintPlay owns the code, design, and assets it ships. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the PaintPlay UI or functionality without permission.

Uploaded images remain yours; PaintPlay will not claim ownership or publish them unless you choose to share them externally.
